Roxann was born and raised in the Pecos Valley. She loves living and working in Artesia and being a part of the community.  She has always had a mind and passion for land and real estate.  Upon entering Real Estate formally in 2004 she realized it was the career for her, selling a house in the first 2 weeks she was in business.  She specializes in New Construction, Residential, and Water Rights in the Pecos Valley.  She and her partners opened Century 21 in 2008, and became C21 Black Gold in 2015.  In 2019 she became the sole owner while continuing to be the Qualifying Broker. Together with her team of realtors they have made Century 21 Black Gold the top selling office in Artesia for most of the 15 years they have been in business.  “We have doubled our sales in the past few years, and doubled it again!  It is my job to make my brokers the best they can be, for their customers and for themselves.  If we are happy we make those around us happy.”  Roxann has 3 sons, Ross, Bret, & Bryce and 4 grandchildren.  Her and her husband John Bain are glad they raised their children in a community that helps the youth thrive and explore all their opportunities.  “We love it here, and we think you will too!”
